Are the 3 free images really free?
Yes. No card needed. Just sign up with your email or phone.
Do I need to know design?
No. Describe what you're promoting like you'd tell a friend. We handle the rest.
How is the price set?
Each image, video or campaign is priced by what it takes to make. You see an estimate before you pay, and you're never charged more than the amount shown on your card hold.
Can I get a refund or an edit?
No. Every creation is a one-time, final sale: once you pay and it's made, it can't be refunded or edited. That's why OYOM.ai shows you its plan before you pay. Check it, and give as much detail as you can: what you're promoting, the exact words, colors and where you'll post it. Images come in more than one version so you can pick your favorite. If a technical problem stops it from being made at all, the hold on your card is simply released.
Who owns what I make?
You do. Post it, print it, put it on your menu or window.
What's a campaign?
A full set of posts, stories, videos, captions and a posting schedule, planned by OYOM.ai around your goal. OYOM.ai asks you a few questions first so it fits your business. There are 5 packages, from $300 to $500: Starter Month, Video First, Offer Push, Growth Month and Cinematic Brand. Each is a month of ads with 2 to 3 pieces of content for every day, and a 30-day content calendar that says what to post and when.
